This website is the personal portfolio of Nadhem Hsini, operating under the name Aetherstone, a multidisciplinary graphic designer working across packaging, art direction, music videos and other visual productions, with the occasional site design project on the side. Based in Montréal, Canada, and active between Montréal, Paris (France) and Barcelona (Spain). By browsing this site you agree to the terms below. If you don't, the simplest fix is to close the tab.

Unless stated otherwise, every identity, photograph, illustration, animation, layout and line of code shown on this site, including all project case studies, is original work by Nadhem Hsini and is protected by copyright. Client names, logos and products remain the property of their respective owners and appear here solely to document past collaborations. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced or reused for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Want to license or reference something you saw here? Just ask.

This section covers what's collected when you visit or get in touch, and what happens to it afterward. It may be updated occasionally; the version published here is always the one that applies.

The only personal data collected here comes directly from you, when you fill in the contact form: name, email, phone number, the type of project you're after, and your message. Nothing is required beyond what the form itself asks for, and nothing is collected silently. Standard technical logs (browser type, rough location from IP, pages visited) may also be recorded automatically by the hosting provider for security and performance. This is routine for practically every website and isn't used to identify anyone personally.

Whatever you submit through the contact form is used for exactly one purpose: reading your message and replying to it. It lands directly in Nadhem's inbox. It isn't added to a mailing list, sold, or handed off to advertisers, unless you separately ask to be kept in the loop about future work.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. The contact form is processed through FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards submissions by email. No other outside service currently touches this data. Disclosure would only ever happen if required by law or a legitimate legal request.

Under Québec's private-sector privacy law and Canada's federal PIPEDA (and the GDPR if you're visiting from the EU), you can access, correct, or delete any personal data held about you, object to or restrict its use, and request a portable copy of it. To exercise any of that, write to Nadhem directly by email . Requests are handled personally, not by a department. You can also lodge a complaint with the relevant authority at any time, in Québec via the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI).

Reasonable technical measures are in place to keep what you share secure. That said, no transmission over the internet is ever 100% guaranteed, and this site can't promise absolute protection against unauthorized access.

This site stores a small amount of local data to remember simple preferences, like light/dark mode. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.

This site links out occasionally: Instagram, Behance, YouTube, and individual client sites among them. Once you follow one of those links, their own policies take over; Nadhem Hsini has no control over and no responsibility for their content or practices.

This site is built for a professional, adult audience and isn't directed at children. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through the contact form, please get in touch so it can be removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal, Québec, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you live.

Products sold through the shop are printed and shipped by Tapstitch, an independent third-party print-on-demand partner — Aetherstone doesn't handle production, packing or delivery directly. Each order is placed with Tapstitch by hand after purchase, and shipping updates follow from there. For sizing questions, delays, damaged items or a return, reach out and it'll be sorted out with Tapstitch on your behalf.
